1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Elive Entertainment website (eliveent.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Communication Consent: By accepting these Terms of Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you consent to receive communications from Elive Entertainment and its affiliates in all possible formats and through all available communication channels, including but not limited to email, text messages (SMS/MMS), phone calls, direct mail, push notifications, social media, and any other electronic or physical communication methods, whether currently known or developed in the future. This consent is a material part of your agreement to use our services. For more details, please see Section 5 below.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Elive Entertainment's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Elive Entertainment's website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Event Tickets and Services
When purchasing tickets or services through Elive Entertainment:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated
- Refunds are subject to the specific event's refund policy
- Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change
- You must be 18 or older to purchase tickets, or have parental consent
- Valid photo ID may be required for entry to events
4. Promotional Use of Images and Likeness
By attending any event promoted, produced, or hosted by Elive Entertainment, you hereby grant Elive Entertainment and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to:
- Photograph, film, and/or record your image, likeness, voice, and appearance
- Use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such photographs, films, and recordings in any media format (including but not limited to print, digital, social media, television, and promotional materials)
- Use your image and likeness for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation or further approval
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, films, or recordings, and any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of such materials. This grant is perpetual and cannot be revoked.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff upon arrival.
5. Communications and Marketing Consent
By using our services, purchasing tickets, creating an account, attending our events, or providing your contact information through any means, you expressly consent and agree to receive communications from Elive Entertainment and its affiliates through any and all available formats and communication channels, including but not limited to:
- Email messages (promotional, transactional, and informational)
- Text messages (SMS/MMS)
- Phone calls (automated and live)
- Direct mail and postal correspondence
- Push notifications through mobile applications
- Social media messages and interactions
- In-app messages and notifications
- Any other electronic or physical communication methods now known or hereafter developed
These communications may include marketing materials, promotional offers, event updates, newsletters, surveys, and other information related to Elive Entertainment's services and events. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS/text messages. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or by contacting us directly at info@eliveent.com. However, you may still receive transactional or service-related communications.
Your agreement to receive communications in all possible formats is a material condition of using our services. By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to receive communications from us through any and all available communication methods, formats, and channels, whether currently existing or developed in the future.
6. User Accounts
When creating an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service:

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our website and the use of this website.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elive Entertainment, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
